Too many qualified professionals can't seem to get certified.

The UPG is trying to lift barriers to professionals that wish to relocate.

There has been many Doctors, Nurses and Technicians applying from the USA given the current climate. Many provinces are
hoping to recruit them.

n) Lack of doctors, nurses, skilled trades
Part of the problem is lack of trained professionals, many trained professionals from other lands or other provinces
can't get their training recognised. The objective is to train more people, make it easier to have credentials recognised faster,
and solve remote regions with appropriate personel.

o) inter-provincial trade certifications
High on the agenda is to make it easier to move between provinces and have certifications recognized whether it is premanent or
temporary move.
