New Industry-Issue

There is a huge prospect for new industry in the country like has never been seen for decades.
We are talking about adding new industries while enhancing support industries in a ripple
effect.

Housing

PM Carney toured 1 of 29 major pre-fab home plants located all accross Canada. These Prefab shops
use Canadian lumber supplied from Quebec and BC to produce homes ranging from $90,000 to $500,000
in thousands of designs. they take about 13 to 34 weeks to construct and move to site. Sites must be
prepared with foundation, and utilities. check-out Housing for how it works.
Here's a list of prefab home companies in Canada:
  1. Bonneville Homes: A long-standing manufacturer known for quality and innovation.

This project streamlines home building objectives of 500,000 new affordable homes for first time
home buyers, replacement of homes in fire ravaged communities, and low cost rentals for municipal
homeless. While doing that it supports the lumber industry hit hard by tariffs, and adds business
to concrete foundation industries.

Mines

Canada has a huge wealth of minerals, rare earth minerals
and resources. Most which are mined and sent to the states.
Instead of shipping stuff south to be refined, made into products
and sold all over the world at huge mark-ups, Lets refine right here
and supply our own new industries which can sell to the world.

Pipelines

Alberta's Danielle Smith is great at shouting Ottawa treats
us so unfair. She wants access to markets east, north, and west
but those markets don't want her fossil fuels if produced with
high carbon footprint. Ottawa had to impose regulations to force
industry to reduce emissions. It is now offering to help develop
de-carboned pipelines to service north, east and west.

Alberta's track record has not been great. 1000's of abandoned
well heads have sat decades without being cleared up.

De-carboned fossil fuel lines.

PM Carney has mentioned this as well as carbon capture but I
know not much of what is involved.

This Map of roadways, and railroads
will apply to the next two topics.

Arctic military training have to be
flown in as there is no roads.

In fact the northern half of Canada
lacks roads and railroads.

Churchhill Manitoba

If there was ever a prime candidate for
being on the short list of important Canada
building projects this is it.

It has 1 of 2 deep water ports but has
been neglected. The town of churchhill
is cut off from Canada with no housing,
power, and roads. The port itself needs enhancing. Cost of living is very high due to it's remoteness.
It has a railroad according to the map so it has potential as a major shipping hub to markets. With
LNG it could service EU and UK markets while Canada builds Pipelines.

That ship has sailed
Trading an unrelyable partner (USA) for an unrelyable commodity (Oil and Gas) is a bad idea. With
the EU and UK looking to phase out fossil fuels by 2030 and china getting cheap russian energy
much below what Canada can supply it's a downwrd spiral.

Nanisivik Naval Facility

The brain child of the PC government under Stephan Harper sits unfinished and incomplete.
It is a deep water port too. Former PM Harper contracted a US company with no Arctic experience to
build this refueling and military base. Local Inuit people tell the tales of how the US workers were
doing things wrong and would not listen. The company doing the project went bankrupt. So we have a
northern base that could be finished using Inuvit know how. It could be put to use to refuel our Arctic
fleet. It can also act as a shipping point for EU and UK interests. And then there is the prospect of
Military training, Military base and Northern defense.

Canadian Canning, Inc. - Ontario Craft Brewers

To offset Aluminum tariffs we can posibly help this business expand. They currently do short cans but
with some retooling they could also do the tall cans currently done in the states. If we can do that,
what is to say we can't manufacrure other things that we get from the states.

Cross Canada Power grid.

I know Quebec wants to export power to other provinces and it is on it's wish list. The Yukon, NWT,
Inuit, Labrador, Newfoundland and northern parts of BC to Ontario all lack sufficient power.

Ship Building

I am not talking about just ice breakers here. We have the resources to make distroyers, landing
craft, mine sweepers, aircraft carriers, even submarines. Korea even offered to sell us Subs with personel
training and investment in being able to service them too right here in Canada.

The USA says it doesn't need our Steel and Aluminum well ok we can use it right here at home and
quit buying their stuff.

Fighter building

The Avro Arrow of the 1950's was the most advanced
combat aircraft of it's day. Capable of speeds
twice what the USA could do. It so enraged the USA
that Canada was set to supersede the USA that they
threatened sanctions unless we destroy all prototypes,
plans, etc.. Avro arrow went bankrupt.

Let's not make that mistake again.

If I heard right many others are offering the chance to replace the CF-35 order with a less expensive
but just as capable fighter. This might be better since the USA could remotely shut off features making
them useless in a fight. With tensions and tariffs and the lengthy delays it makes no sense to continue
with buying them. We have been waiting years for delivery of the first 4 of 8 purchased
and the full order was for 80. France and Sweden suggested they could fill our orders in months.

The USA says it doesn't need our Steel and Aluminum well ok we can use it right here at home and
quit buying their stuff. They need our Steel and Aluminum to make the CF-35 we are buying but to
maintain superiority over us they are developing the CF-45.

Re-arming NATO

The USA is pullig out of NATO defense saying it is tired of the world depending on it so much. While
they talk about the UK and EU putting more effort and all members raising contributions from
2% GDP to 5% it has been cozying up to Russia's Putin. Russia has just been stringing Trump along. They
want Ukarane crippled, defenceless, and concured. First they did Georgia, then crimea. as they go they will
concure Ukraine, Poland, and eventually all countries.

We have tungsten for weapons and all the resources to supply weapons here far away from Russia

Tanks, Armoured personel carriers

We already make armoured trucks for police and military so this can work expanding what we can do.

The USA says it doesn't need our Steel and Aluminum well ok we can use it right here at home and
quit buying their stuff.

The Auto Industry

For decades Canada and USA have made cars and trucks together with each of us doing things we do best.
Some models made in the USA and others made in Canada. Trump now wants all to be made in America. A move
that would take 50 years and several trillion dollars to accomplish. In the end, yes he could get them
all moved to the states but he would not have even a fraction of the resources in Steel, Aluminum,
minerals, man power, and skilled trades to do it. Up here in Canada his tariffs might wipe out the very
support industries he needs. I might remind you that he is targetting schools of learning so soon
there won't be anyone that can fill his needs. The workers up here working for the automakers
are living in fear for their jobs and his massive 50% tariffs have shut down all auto plants on both
sides of the border.

Let's make a deal

Trump has Tariffed almost every country in the world. If you don't buy from
him more than he buys from you, you are treating him unfair and must be
punished. The poor penguins on their island. They don't need trump and
he don't them so even they get tariffed.

Canada bought 274 Billion in 2024 on a base of 44 Million people. The USA
brought 412 Billion on a base of 440 Million people. So the USA buys 138
Billion more than us. He claims he is subsidizing us to a 250 Billion dollars.
Talk about wrong math! We bought 6.27 Billion per person against his 0.936
Billion per person. So by his math we are subsidizing the USA

With everybody Tariffed he cranks up the tariffs and says come and line up to give me the best deal
and if I like it I'll lower the Tariff, maybe. He is schoolyard bully wanting everybody to pay
so he can claim victory.

He is so dependant on our discounted Oil and gas, electricity, steel, aluminum, minerals. So
what do you think would happen if we stopped everything for 24 hours to a week because his premice is
he needs nothing from us. Then we can tell him "you want what you get from us back then you must
eliminate all tariffs even on lumber and dairy and we can sit down and negotiate a fair deal. Play
the tariff game again or go back on negotiated deals and all product will stop immediately and
forever. Canada is true north strong and free and won't be playing your game.
