July 6, 2025 Alberta Next designed to lie to Albertans'
Our Premier runs a radio show, runs rallies, and advertises on radio and tv about 'Alberta Next' but as I have found
if you agree with the BS she is peddling you get a thankyou message but if you don't agree it says this site is for
Alberta residents only and locks you out. Well I am an Albertan my whole life. The Premier wastes the money at every
turn, cuts spending on health, education, Infrastructure and then claims it's all Ottawa's fault. We had no health
management under JASON kENNY during Covid and now have just as many Measles cases as all the the USA under Danielle Smith.

To weigh in on her Next Program. It is fawed and full of lies. You must watch a video to participate in the next survey.
Each survey video is 100% wrong and untruthfull. The First question is are you an Alberta resident. If you say 'Yes' it
asks you to type your responce. I tried many times clearing my browser cookies each time. Any responce other than 'Yes'
tells you the survey is open to only Albertans. A responce of Yes gives a thank you for supporting whichever topic you chose.

So here is a partial sample of the questions:
  1. Should Alberta have a Provincial Police force like Ontario and Quebec have?
Ontario has a population of 16.176 Million
Quebec has a population of 9.1 Million
Alberta has a population of 5 Million
The remaining 7 provinces and teritories has a population of 11.8 Million total.
Almost half of Alberta's population varies due to work so in short, Alberta can not manage or support an APP department.
In addition, Red Deer, Lloydminister, Okatoks, High river, Lethbridge, and Medicine hat can't even support Municipal police.
So this is a lame question. The premier is already preparing for such before she gets your view.
  2. An Alberta Pension Plan?
Our premier took an economics course in school but I guess she didn't learn a thing. She would have you believe a base of
2.5 Million contributors starting this year equals more interest income than 60 years of 20 Million progressing
to 42 Million in that 60 years. The government of Canada gets a far better interest rate than Alberta could ever
hope for. The PC party wiped out the heritage savings trust fund and the UCP is just a remake of that same damaging
party. By the way, the 5 Million of Alberta includes non working seniors, children, migrants that would not contribute to the Ab pension.
  3. Alberta Revenue Agency instead of the Canada Revenue Agency?
I see where this is going. Our premier wants to take Alberta out of Canada. She wants all the money made in Alberta and figures
she can handle a land locked Province, it's markets, it's defences, it's future. She is sadly mistaken. The First Nations,
Inuit, and Mete own the land and she only has the right to share it. Just look at the Covid crisis, Measles crisis, Union
disputes with teachers, government services, health system, education, infrastructure to see what a bad thing this would be.

Her predesesor Jason Kenny once said how beautiful it would be if the c.p.p was transfered to alberta A.p.p so he could
decide who gets paid and how much. They don't realize it's your pension money that you earned. While were on the
topic, if Alberta collects all Taxes it is NOT part of Canada so OAS, GST, child tax credit, child daycare, dental and
vision care, student loans, and many more things become mute. Do you think 2.5 Million workers can cover 6.9 Billion in
expenses to run Alberta? Expect big tax increases and drop of services.
  4. Immagration Control?
She wants to stop people coming to Alberta. So the Oil patch shuts down because it supports mirgrant workes from the maritimes
which come here to make money fast so they can support their families back home. Same thing for the service industry, hospitality,
and farming too. For the province to grow we need trades people, health care proffesionals, and staff for small business. So we
need immagrants from other prvicinces and countries.
  5. Constitutional Changes?
Can you say tail wagging the dog?
Or how about a business owner hires a manager who then decides to sell the business
pocket the money and leave the business ower to pick up pieces. In a nutshell that is
Danielle Smith. Alberta voted her party in to manage the affairs of Alberta. Treatees
have been in place since 1871. If the treatees are broken all land
    goes back to the
first nations, inuit, and mete. All occupents of Canada must leave. Alberta and Saskatchewan
exist because the Northwest teritory was amended to simulate 2
    provinces in 1905.
The Natives own all the land and the treaty allows non-natives to share it. I am ok with her
taking herself family and her UCP cronies and separatists and leaving Alberta for a jail
in EL Salvador which is where her friend Trump will send her.

She wants full control over land, resources below, air above, profits, and development. The native peoples are stuarts of the
land, waters, and air. In addition, International signed agreement dictates Canada must limit air pollution and damages to
water and land. She wants to trade with other markets but if she won't look after land and air pollution all trade is off.
  6. Federal Transfers and Equalization?
This is mute. A responsible government looks after ALL it's people. In our case that is 42 Million people spread over 5000 kms.
The Federal government has set minimum levels of compensation to the people that based upon Provincial income determines the
amount of equalization payment each province gets. Alberta because of it's great wealth earns more per person than any other
province. Yukon, NWT, Inuvik, Labrador and PEI make the least. The same is true on services transfer payments. The CRA collects
all taxes from businesses and workers. This money funds all services, programs, and functions of the Canadian government.
Provinces collect royalties on resources mined or extracted which is sovereign unto themselves. Now in the case of Alberta
strong investment in Oil and gas means the foreign investment companies that operate the industry make their money pay their
    taxes and leave the country.
The premier snuck through a 'No fault Insurance' to start in 2026 which means if you are seriously injured in an accident that was not your fault
you can not sue. Your medical expenses may be covered but long term medical and property damage are not. This is great for visiters to Alberta since
they get off the hook if they cause an accident but if you cause the accident they can sue you and collect the minimum insurance payout.

July 1, 2025 Canada's Birthday is not a celebration
We removed the Digital services Tax and the USA immediately announced that it won, We have complete negotiating
superiority over Canada. The USA position is that if we (Canada) try anything to protect our country he will stop
negotiations until we concede to his demands. So where does that leave us?
  1. International Commerce
Canadian businesses operating in the USA must pay US Taxes
USA businesses operating in Canada are exempt from paying Canadian taxes
All businesses operating in Canada must immediately pay taxes inclusive of banks, investment firms, streaming services (the DST) and the like.
  2. Supply Management
The US is 10 times the size of canadian economy so we set quota's on how much the US can import so that it doesn't
destroy our economy. If they exceed the quota a huge tariff is applied. Todate, they have never even come close to
exceeding but he wants that restriction removed.
This restriction must remain because without it he can control all our economy.
  3. Border Security
Claim is that because 40 lbs of drugs came through our borders a 25% Tariff is placed on everything until we fix the problem
We spent 1.2 Billion to fix the problem. The USA ships Drugs, Guns, and more into Canada but is not held accountable
    and the tariff remains.
Make demands that he own up to HIS short comings that are hurting us and impose tariffs until he complies.
  4. Continental Travel
A Canadian or US Drivers license used to be all that was needed. Then a passport is required and now, 'Snowbirds'
must register if staying longer than 30 days and all Canadians can be detained or deported for any reason. US citizens
are not so treated here. The USA is too dangerous for Canadians dispite US businesses begging for us to come back.
Place travel restrictions to the USA as long as they take unfriendly action against us.
  5. Military Spending and NATO commitment
Former Canadian Governments have neglected the military for 50 years out of fear that they would not be re-elected if we
spent money on that rather than perks. We were to order 80 F-35 fighters paid for eight and not a single fighter has
arrived yet. The US can scream all they want about Canada not doing it's share but if the USA can't honour it's contracts
they have nothing to complain about.
The Carney Government is ramping up Arctic defense, Ship building, enlistment, and much more.
  6. The Auto sector
Trump wants all auto manufacturing to be in the USA which is not practical since he lacks the Steel, Aluminum, etc..
A better plan would be to make northern states Provinces of Canada. The new provinces would not have to pay tariffs and have
access to steel, aluminum, and the like. Factories would not need to move and we could just deport the republicans.
  7. The Pension Funds
Companies all over the world invest pensions, EI, CPP, OAS in US markets which WAS a secure investment before Trumps Tariff
game. The USA is ideally bankrupt spending more than it's GDP and when investors get nervous they transfer such into gold.
They don't make interest but they also don't lose their money. Trump has indicated he would tax interest paid on investments
at a very high rate which could damage our economy.
We need to diverge our investments away from the USA held trusts immediately.
  8. Steel, Aluminum, Minerals, and rare earth elements
These are the things the USA needs for defense, manufacturing, and productivity. They say they don't need these from us
which is why they are trying to make deals with China, India, Ukraine, Russia so they can force us to make concessions.
If we cut off all shipments until all Tariffs are removed and negotiations are significantly begun their economy halts and WE
    have the power.
  9. The Auto sector EV mandate
The USA has ended involvement in the Paris climate accord. It does not want EV vehicles. We are in the Paris Climate accord so
we are obligated to go net zero by 2050. Alberta's Danielle Smith is just like Trump for she is fighting to end net zero as
well. The big 3 Auto makers are right, they can't make 500 Million EV or even 34 Million just for Canada by 2035 now that
    the USA isn't going EV.
My Books on going green with vehicle conversion to EV can make Canada a powerhouse globally and meet the targets.
  10. Canada is an energy superpower
The USA needs our oil, gas, electricity, water. When the original Steel and Aluminum tariffs were placed, Doug ford imposed a
25% tariff on electricity and with-in an hour a meeting was arranged to discuss things as long as he took off the tariff.
He took off the tariff to get the meeting which resolved nothing and in a few days the tariff was increased against us with
the USA claiming we caved to demands.
Canada needs to be tough. Trump is a bully. Without Oil, gas, electricity or fresh water 9 States will be crippled until he
    removes all tariffs.
  11. CUSMA IS DEAD
Trump did not follow the dispute clause and decided to break the agreement with clippling tariffs. There is NO point
negotiating a new agreement since he will just break it too. TAKE THE GLOVES OFF RIGHT NOW and cut him off of everything.
Canada needs to be tough. Trump is a bully. Without trade, tourism, and the like he will soon see who has the cards.

June 30, 2025 Trump breaks Canada
I guess it's obvious we Canadians must bend over in unison and kiss our asses goodbye. There is no hope for us
to save our country. Trump places damaging tariffs on us and if we retaliate we quickly roll things back at the first
sign of objection. In the latest reversal, MultiNational tech giants don't have to pay taxes. This hurts Canada with a
loss of income of 2 Billion a year. In a statement from Washington it will not stop additional tariffs being placed.
So not only do we give away 2 Billion dollars of revenue and get nothing in return but may even get more harmful
tariffs. The message sent is we will not stand up for ourselves. The USA is bankrupt. How can a country that holds
the very resources the USA needs to stay alive just sits here and lets the USA extort us at every whim of it's dictator.

June 27, 2025 Trump breaks promise
In 2022 a "Digital Services Tax was set to begin in July of 2025 to allow businesses like Amazon, Google, and META
to prepare. These businesses earn money from canadians without paying any tax on the revenues. Once
anounced, these businesses immediately raised prices and pocketed extra profit of 3% on all sales and subscriptions.
With the tax due to take effect at midnight monday and being retroactive to 2022 Canada wants it's 2 billion dollar share,
which these businesses have already increased prices to cover. Trump promised at the G7 to work out a deal with-in 30
days on trade tariffs. and now as the DST is about to take effect says All trade talks are off unless Canada stops
the DST immediately and will be hit with severe tariffs even if it comes off.
Canada will face more trouble because we hold
the cards. Some are talking that maybe we should pause or remove the tax as a sign of good faith. I say B*ll Sh*t! Trump
started this war to destroy our ecconomy and weaken us. Why should we allow US industry to make money without paying tax,
Canadian companies that do business in the USA have to pay tax. Many Canadian companies are not even allowed to do business
in the USA.

What I notice is that the PM speaks of big spending needed and as he talks and notes where money will come from, the critics
talk about how big the spending is and how the money coming in is hypothetical. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. If you do nothing, nothing gets done

Danielle smith says Albertans want to separate from Canada in larger numbers. She is the problem. She has cut
services and support to schools, hospitals, health care, and businesses like farmers while boasting a 8.3 Billion
dollar surplus in it's budget. It would have a much higher surplus if the price per barrel on oil and gas had not dropped.
Albertans' don't want to leave Canada they do want HER and the UCP to leave Canada. My view is that She and her party
are the most divisive force with the most unrealistic objectives Canada has ever seen.

June 18, 2025 A day after G7
USA poised to enter war between Iran and Isreal
Alberta and Saskatchewan Premiers meet in Llyodminister to talk path forward. Premiers set to make demands of
Ottawa and threatens retaliation if demands are not met immediately. The premiers need to grow up. The world does NOT revolve around them alone.

June 17, 2025 G7 almost over
Over shadowing the summit was an escalation between Iran and Isreal over Iran attempting to develop nuclear bomb
capability, President Trump left the summit after just one day to address this threat to international security.

June 14, 2025 Refugees vs Protestors
As I see it, India, Pakistan, Syria,
Lebanon, Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Isreal, Palistine all need to smarten up. They are engaged in religeous warfare over the
belief that their religeon is the only true religeon and anyone not following the religeon is evil. They fight for
lands and sacred temple claims that don't make sense to me. The common factor in the religeons is that those who do
not believe will be judged by 'GOD' not man. They are to love thy neighbor and keep themselves true to the faith.

People of these lands have sought out Canada as a refuge from persecution, war, and displacement because of our
tollerance of beliefs. My underlying concern is that they fled to here to avoid the problems of their homeland and
then seek to bring those problems into our society. While I understand many have loved ones left behind, seeking to
bring them here to safety is possible but, engaging in the conflict is not our job.

June 9, 2025 G7 ramp up
Calgary is preping to welcome the G7 leaders to the G7 summit in under a week. some invitees are not in the G7 but
seen as useful in the sense of strategic importance or diplomatic mending of relations. As such Mexico, India,
Arabia and Ukraine are invited. PM Carney hopes to build relations with Mexico regarding CUSMA
negotiations, Arabia with regards to the Isreal Gaza problem. Ukraine war with Russia is also a goal.
India are high trade players that while there are issues with Canada it may open productive talks possible.

PM Carney has released a plan forward that will increase spending on the military to bring us to 2% of GDP this year.
The targets are for improved salaries for service members, increased enrolement, fixing machines of war
not properly maintained for years, procurement of tanks, armoured vehicles, aircraft, subs, ships, armament
and massive build of defence right here at home. spending of 9 Billion. The conservatives say they support this.

Danielle Smith and the UCP once more dance with a dangerous separation game by participating in the separation talks.
Such activity is designed to split people at a time when unity is so needed. She has also approved sales of US
liquor which sends the message she IS OKAY 100% with USA Tariffs. She is not a team Canada player.

June 6, 2025 my comments to the media and critics
Kilroy was an American warning to service men in wwII
to shut up because you don't know who is watching or listening.
Later on "Loose lips sink ships" came to light as critical
opperations were being jeapardized by chatter. I submit this
as recent strategy talks in the USA were hampered when a
journalist was added to a chat session.
"Loose lips" generally means someone who is indiscreet
and talks too much, often revealing sensitive or confidential
information. The phrase "loose lips sink ships" emphasizes that
careless talk can lead to serious consequences

Right to know vs Need to know
This principle empowers citizens to hold institutions accountable
and make informed decisions. The "need to know", on the other hand,
is a practical principle rooted in operational and security contexts.
It restricts information access to those whose duties or responsibilities
require it.

The government just elected by the people were given a mandate to chart a coarse through the trade between
provinces, tariff problems, cost of living, and 23 other complex topics. If the Premiers, Native leaders and
PM with his department heads can't talk to table idea's how can progress be made. During these talks the public only
has needs to know that they are taking place and what topics are being discussed. The details and descisions
once made must be handled by the legislature (provincial) or band meeting (tribal council) or Cabinet (Federal
government) to debate and approve or disprove. At this point the public has the right to hear the debate, and what
action is being taken. Sometimes a motion is flat out defeated and other times it needs public consults and
ammendments.

Did you know that much of what we take for granted today almost never happened. Two men had a vision that man could
fly. Newspapers and scientists called them crazy, a meanice to society, they should be locked up! Sound recording
motion pictures, instant photography, video chat, GPS navigation, were all once reported as crazy, with so called
experts saying it's not possible. Do you know why Communists lack behind Democratics? Under Communism people are
discouraged from free thinking. Idea's are considered harmful. Democracy thrives on Idea's and expression of views.
The name of my website is "werunique" (We Are Unique) which is my way to remind all visiters that
YOU HAVE POTENTIAL , YOU ARE UNIQUE, YOU ARE IMPORTANT, BELIEVE AND GROW

Today the government introduced "The Major Projects bill" to remove inter-province trade barriors and open
a Major Project Department as a focal point for provinces to participate in projects deamed important to nation
building projects. The Cabinet will not adjourn for the summer until passed. Project to be fast tracked come from
Indigenous Leaders, Provinces, and government only after all parties agree to need.

May 30, 2025 Participants start your engines...
First message of the day was from PM Carney asking Municipalities to work with premiers and his
government on infrastructure, housing and other needs they have to build a strong Canada. I ponder
if he read my notice on budget breakdown where I describe using the United premiers group to
organise an United Municipalities group to aid in speedy addressing of housing and infrastructure.

Poilievre of course is doing what he has always done, do nothing but complain. Let me spell
it out. If you needed a car to get to work but you didn't have money for a car, you might get a loan,
and with that loan get a car, earn a living, improve your life, even qualify for a house and raise a
family and even retire.
Poilievre would say don't get that car or plan to improve and own a home or
retire because your wasting money.

What really was the point of holding an election? People said they wanted progress with Tariff handling,
cost of living, access to housing, sovereignty of Canada and security. These things cost money.
PM Carney has put out a figure of spending 485 Billion which is in line with past years.
  1. 2023 collected $379 billion in tax revenue:
    • Income Tax:
Individuals and trusts contributed $207.894 billion
      Corporations contributed $93.945 billion.
Non-resident tax withholdings added $13.187 billion.
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST): $16.387 billion.
    • Other Taxes, Duties, and Charges: $27.104 billion.
  2. 2024 collected $400.190 billion in revenue

In the above prior 2 years, Canada spent more than 7 Billion more than it earned in order to supply
services, health care, etc.. Nothing was spent on tangibles that build Canada strong. So I understand
what PM Carney is doing. Cabinet has fewer ministers which reduces costs. Departments will be merged to
reduce costs, Lowering taxes by 1% reduces revenue by 8 Billion. Supports for workers and industry
adds 4+ Billion to costs, but then comes removal of trade barriers between provinces which can add 200
Billion to GDP and 20 Billion to revenue. Moneies spent on resource extraction and processing and the
energy corridor improve industries and government revenue as does new markets and new industries.
You have to spend money to make money is the bottom line. The money you spend must be for items that
are needed to grow the economy.

If PM Carney does housing in a fashion like I outlined in Housing, Municipalities would get low
cost rentals for families that are homeless, and assistence in low cost rental buildings. People would
get replacement homes at low cost if their homes burned down. People who are first time home buyers
would get low cost housing. While the government pays for construction, Owners repay the government
upon posession. Municipalities manage the need which is reported to the provinces. Premiers
relay the needs to government which handles home building and in the end, People get low cost
housing at minimal cost to the government and prefab home builders in Canada and their suppliers
of lumber, etc. make money too.

Poilievre says he is confident to stay on as leader. Says he is eager to oppose half trillion in excessive
spending by the liberal government.Hmm, 400B covers government staffing of CRA, border security,
RCMP, MP salaries, healthcare, child daycare, dental care, pension management, and provincial
disbursements, and courts and penetentiaries. Seems reasonable. Now we need pipelines,
energy pathways, military recruitment, military hardware, military bases, housing, and
resource extraction and processing. One pipeline from Alberta to BC cost 34B and Quebec
just stated it wants 100B over 10 years for electric transmition lines. PM Carney is
figuring on 85B for building Canada strong when he should be looking for 200B so just where
is the excess? Oh thats right the conservatives raised taxes and spent nothing on making
Canada strong and independant. They stopped the Liberals from spending money on such things too!

He does want the Liberals to increase tax cuts of 1% to 1.5% and cut GST on housing valued 1.3
Million to any buyer instead of Liberal plan to first time buyers on homes of 1 Million.

May 27, 2025 King of Canada gives the throne speach.
King Charles and queen wife Camilla came for a whirl wind visit over the past two days ending with
the throne speach. In the speach he honored the Treaty of First Nations thanking them for
their peaceful sharing of the land with the peoples of Canada. He continued his address stating how
unique and special the visits to deliver the throne speech has been on each of the 3 occasions.
The rest of the throne speech was outlined from the Carney government basic plan which the King
approved as sound and necessary for the time we are in.
The yet to be elected Conservative leader Poilievre responded to the speech saying he is prepared
to work with the Liberal government on Conservative issues but will force amendments to align with
conservative values and oppose those things that conservatives don't agree with. Of note here, are
things like redacting bill c-59 and the carbon levy which means Canada would break it's word on the
Paris Climate accord, severe any hope of trade with the EU, UK, and other markets. It would mean
serious redunction in military spending and procurement.
Up next is a confidence vote on the throne speech. The liberals will need at least 4 votes from the
opposition members. In the debate before the vote, the acting Conservative leader will attempt to

get the Liberals to water down the ambitions of the throne speech to match their poorly laid plans.

It will then go to a vote and 343 MP's from all parties will decide if the government falls or runs.
Canada is not in the mood for another election so with 168 Liberal votes the Bloc, Green, and NDP wiill
need at least 4 members to side with the Liberals. It really would be political suicide to vote against.

If the government survives the throne speech acceptance, it then needs to move fast to get the Consumer
carbon levy revoked, get the 1% Tax cut passed, and lay out the priorities for the ministers including
establishing key new departments to streamline government to reduce dupplication and spending.

May 19, 2025 Russia buys USA?
Russia has been stringing Trump along for months pulling the strings. Russia is looking for sanctions off and trade
with the USA to begin then he will consider a temporary siese fire on Ukarane. Just the world can't trust Trump
they also can't trust Putin.
