Apr 21, 2025 Pope Frances dies at 88:
All 4 players in the Canadian ferderal election give honor to the passing of the head of the Catholic church. The
PC party is waiting for the advance poll stations to close before showing the costing of his platform. It is clear
he is hoping to get as many votes secured as possible before showing his costing which he fears will drive voters away.
This always playing catch up leader wanna-to-be is worried about what scrutiny of his platform costing will do.

Apr 20, 2025 The final week ahead:
The conservatives are quick to attack the Liberals and NDP about their costing but yet don't want to put their costing.
While the PC party is talking Tax cuts and rained in spending they have no plan forward of how they might do it.

Apr 15, 2025 The french debate:
It was for the most part uneventfull but some take-a-ways were:
Singh brought up that during Poilievre time only 6 homes were built not the 200,000 that Poilievre has claimed. The
facts were that country wide 200,000 homes were built during 2008 through 2023 but PM Stephen Harper appointed Poilievre
to work with the CMHC on 6 affordable homes of 14,000 builds and the rest were for profit constructs by private business.

The Green party was excluded from the debate for wilfully reducing candidates below set limits.

The PQ leader acused PM Carney and Poilievre of saying they both would force pipelines through Quebec and
ignore Quebec's sovereignty. While the statement is true for Poilievre, PM Carney said he would work with Premiers
to build an energy gateway spanning all Provinces to deliver green and convensional energy from coast to coast to coast.

Poilievre faced backlash from all 3 saying he lacks the skill and understanding on how negotiations work.
Just because you say remove all teriffs and lets sit down and make a new deal does not make it happen. All parties
must be willing to sit down and respect the deal making process which Trump has already broken such a deal.

Poilievre blamed PM Carney for 10 years of Liberal wrong doings. Carney fought back with I am not the former PM Trudeau
I am 1 month into this job. Poilievre claims you were advising the Liberals over the last 10 years. He says Yes I
gave advise to the liberals and the PC's that doesn't mean they followed the advice.

Apr 14, 2025 The previous conservative government tried to pass a law that would see offenders of multiple
crimes be sentenced to longer and consecutive terms. The supreme court ruled that was against the chart of rights.
Poilievre says he will use the not withstanding clause to bring that law back and it will be stronger and
protected against any court or subsequent government being able to stop it. He has previously attacked PM Carney
for not exposing all his assets and dealings before the election and is therefore in conflict of interest.
PM Carney has stated he has already turned all asset and dealings over to the commision as required by law
and placed all affected assets into a blind trust in accordance with law. The rules state that the commision will render
a ruling with-in 180 days after an election of any assets or dealings that require addressing but Poilievre doen't accept this
My observation Poilievre = Trump-2.0
He is openly telling everyone if the courts don't do as he asks he will force them to comply. He wants amunition to
attack his competition at all costs. This comming from a man whom has failed to get the required security clearance.
Without the vital clearance he CAN NOT be the PM of Canada, or is he going to disobey that law too.
On other issues raised by the contenders, promises of homes, hiring nurses and Doctors and trained trades people are
with-in provincial authority. The Federal government can allocate funding for provinces to use to hire but not to hire
on their own. So Poilieve and Singh are just trying to score points.

Apr 12, 2025 We are half way through the election campaign. The Liberals are clearly in command with
all polls showing strong support. PM Carney gets to show his PM side dealing with tariff issues as well
as campaigning. In his campaign we get to see members that make his team deal with roles they will
play if he wins and unrestricted access of media asking questions of what voters are concerned with.

So far Poilievre has been focused on past Liberal history under the former Leader, past concerns and
how he will do better to address these going forward but giving no real details on just how he can do this.
In his campaign he strictly controls media access and questions presented. He does a lot of name calling
and presents his wife and child instead of members of his team and in fact muzzles what party members might say.
To sum it up he is always playing catch up with no leadership and no teamwork plan.

Mr Singh of the NDP is very low on polls and is no longer vying for PM position but still is looking for support
to hold the PM to account. He too gives full media access in his campaigning and promotes his party as being
focused on workers, jobs, cost of living and housing, and soveriegnty issues.

Issues raised by the voters are:

  1. Tariffs - how they wiil be dealt with and effect
PM Carney: CUSMA took 3 years of negotiation and now 5 yrs later Trump is breaking the agreement.
We have the United Premiers group that we will be working with to move ahead with Tariff responces.
How we deal with the USA will never be the same. We will need to be more diversified seeking new
partners and doing more in Canada.
Poilievre: I will negotiate a new deal with Trump.
Singh: Has said only he would support retaliations.
PQ: We will work to protect our province.
    Green: Has not said anything
  2. Sovereignty - We don't want to be part of USA
PM Carney: Our soveriegnty is not going to be compromised we will remain a sovereign Country.
Poilievre: Canada First (Danielle Smith says if Liberals get in she would possibly take Alberta out of Canada)
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  3. Jobs - security of - availability of
PM Carney: Money from Tariffs will go to the workers of affected industries. We will be working to
make worker credentials valid right across the country. A fund of 2B will be established to assist businesses.
EI benifits will be extended and will have no waiting period
Poilievre: Unclear what he is proposing as he flips back and forth then jumps to we can't afford
    another term of liberals.
Singh: We are dedicated to the workers
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  4. Housing - availability of - Cost of
PM Carney: Cut the GST on new homes up to 1Million.
We will get back in the business of building 1Million new prefab affordable homes like in the 1940's.
    Poilievre:
Singh: Block house flippers, and foreign speculation purchases
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  5. Healthcare - Lack of Doctors - Lack of access
PM Carney: Make credentials valid country wide, work to allow foreign doctors and nurses able to
practice easier in Canada, improve education to train nurse practioners where possible
    Poilievre: No comments
    Singh: Expand pharacare, and dental
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  6. Education -
PM Carney: We need more doctors, nurses, trades people and they need to be able to work on a country wide basis.

  7. Groceries and Costs of living
    PM Carney: No comments
Poilievre: Tariff money will be paid to consumers to assist with higher costs.
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  8. Diversified growth
PM Carney: We will build 3 arctic bases. We will accelerate cross country Energy pipeline
and working with indiginous leaders and provinces do more with extraction and processing of our key
    minerals for markets.
Poilievre: We will build one arctic base. We will build a east-west pipeline.
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  9. Climate change - with no carbon levy has it been abandoned?
PM Carney: Canada is in the Paris Climate accord and has commitments to keep. Primary polluters have to pay
for emissions. Consumers will get final rebate and levy will be ended on them.
Poilievre: We will cancel this distructive tax, but he also says he would use the tax collected to fund his
Plans on housing, medical, energy corridor.
Singh: Says he would kill the tax.
PQ: Carney has treated Quebec unfair. Quebec has their own carbon tax program so consumers won't get the rebate.
Green: Climate change is so important so we don't support promoting fossil fuel expansion to other markets
Canada soveriegnty issues:
  1. Energy
PM Carney: We need to build a Canada wide system for both conventional and green technology.
    Poilievre: Canada wide pipeline.
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  2. Artic
PM Carney: We will expand upon northern military training being done by our Inuit team. The
Inuit are valuable in regards to building northern bases to defend our Arctic and We are having talks to
obtain state of the art Australian made radar defence system.
    Poilievre: No comments
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments

  3. Military
PM Carney: There is a risk of the US shutting off features of the CF-35 jets so we may try and get
out of that contract. I have started talks with France, Germany, EU, and the UK about obtaining jets,
Submarines, and other hardware. There is posibility of making defense weapons here for our members in the EU.
Poilievre: Add more military personel and offer medical assessment and coverage before they retire.
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  4. New Markets
PM Carney: I have had talks with the UK, EU, France, Italy, and Australia on opening these markets
    for trade both ways
Poilievre: We would seek to trade with china, UK, EU if it doesn't interfere with our closest trading
    partner the USA
    Singh: No comments
    PQ: No comments
    Green: No comments
  5. Interprovincial trade
PM Carney: We are working with the United Premiers group to eliminate these trade barriers
which could see 2 to 200 B in increased GDP. Some of this will be online by June of this year.

Apr 4, 2025 The frustration over the world with tariffs just keep the worry and uncertainty on the mind.
The Poilievre conservatives are taking the same view of media as Trump does. Remember Trumps "Fake NEWS"
well Trump like Poilievre can't stand negative comments to their bad objectives so lets just silence them. NEWS media can't
travel with the candidate. Only local media can be at events (so what is said won't be so well known and he looks to end
support for the national TV system (the CBC) leaving just for profit big telecom giants of Rogers, and Bell,

Apr 2, 2025 Trump calls today Liberation Day while the world calls it Self-Destruction Day. He spares Canada and
Mexico from additional tariffs for now but slaps tariffs on most places in the world. To bolster acceptance of his tariffs
he names an Island in the south seas with 200% tariff on all goods. "Penguins, seals and other wildlife only inhabitants
of 2 islands hit with Trump tariffs"
The UK, EU, Japan, China, India, among countries preparing retaliation. PM Carney, his caucus, Canada first Preniers
have met to arrange retaliations. Of course the PC leader says Carney failed because avoiding huge reciprical tariffs
like the rest of the world got is not a win because existing tariffs are still in place. Poilievre's lack of experience
and education is so pronounced. There is no rational deal making with a leader that is willing to ignore agreements he
signed and there is no single solution to a complex problem.

Mar 23, 2025 PM Carney disolves government for an April 28 election.
Mark Carney Is a strong, stable, calm finacial based leader experienced in dealing with a crisis. In 7 short days as
Liberal Leader he has visited the UK and EU, France to shore up support of Canada and opened the door to strengthened relations
with the G7 partners. He has started talks with Australia for an early warning system for our artic defence. talks with france over
staying committed to climate change objectives, procuring new fighter jets, and new submarines and with the EU over selling fossil fuels
and doing armament construction in Canada
Pierre Poilieve Is a weak Yes-Man that has never worked a job outside politics. Coming straight from colleage he has
sat as a conservative MP with the sole purpose of stopping the Liberals from being able to introduce anything. So now as PC leader
he brings no management skills, no financial skills, no planning skills, no negotiating skills, and wants a mandate to govern in
a crisis. He can talk the talk but talk isn't action and action requires knowledge of how things work. He has no idea how to
pay for his election promises. I am not even sure if he knows how to do a budget but maybe that is why he has his wife along side him.
Jagmeet singh His party is basically on life support once more. Siding with the Liberals he managed to introduce pharma-care
and dental under the Trudeau government.

News comes that on March 8th Danielle smith told US news station that Trump should delay tariffs until after election as
the tariffs are strengthening Liberal support and hurting the PC party supports which in turn might hurt his chances of making
a fair deal. So once more the Alberta Premier is involving herself in election tampering.

Mar 18, 2025 Yesturday PM Carney did well shoring up Canada's relations with the UK, France and King Charles. While this
doesn't return any concrete new agreements for Canada, it does open the door for oportunities in energy delivery to our G7
partners and armament manufacturing away from Russian reach. It also may lead to ability to source new defence planes from France.
He is off to Nunivat today to let the northern teritory know the liberal government wants to work closely with the people.
WOW !! Poilieve announces no media will be allowed to travel his party during election campaign. Why is he so scared.
Click here to see how I see the political make-up going into an election in a crisis situation.

Mar 16, 2025 PM Carney leaves tomorrow to shore up relations with France and the UK.

Mar 14, 2025 PM Carney is sworn in with a smooth transision in power. As promised he cut the carbon levy on consumers to 0
and keeps the levy on primary polluters. He has a smaller trimmed down cabinet and announces plans to build 3 military bases in
the north to protect our nation, look into killing the contract for 18 F-35 fighters from the USA and seek a made in Canada approach.
Alberta premier Danielle Smith is crying because Alberta has no representation in cabinet. Why would she be given any respect when
she openly wants to take the government to court, doesn't participate in United Canada First that includes all other provinces

Mar 9, 2025 Mark Carney is proclaimed the new PM designate with 85% of the vote. Poilieve immediately calls for election
before PM designate has chance to be sworn in.

Two months in to 2025 has been a real roller coaster ride for the political scene in Canada, and the consumers of this great
nation. Adding to the instability of these pressing times, our biggest trading partner, the USA is leveling threats of tariffs
against us and rumblings of annexing Canada to be it’s 51
ststate. It doesn’t
stop there either. The USA is threatening China, Panama, Greenland, Mexico, the UK and the EU.

Feb 27, 2025 Enough is Enough! More flip flop from Donald Trump in an effort to keep us in the dark trying to figure
how we can appease him. Our politicians don't get it. He is a bully, a terrorist, and is not able to be trusted. The trade
agreement he signed 8 years ago he seems ok to ignore and break at will. Don't play his game. He has threatened us so answer with an
immediate imposition of 100% shut down of all rare earth minerals, steel, aluminum, oil&gas , grains, lumber going into the
USA until he proves that all illegal drugs, weapons, illegal immagrants coming into our country has been stopped. Also the trade
agreement is no longer valid between Canada and the USA due his threats.
By Trumps own declaration, he needs nothing from Canada so give him his wish. He is 35 Triilion in debt, spending 1 Trillion a year
more than what he makes. With 9 northern states without power and 5 states without our resources to make anything, no lumber
mill to process his trees, how long can he last. Yes he has oil and gas but can only supply 60% of his need. Canada is not imposing
tariffs just stopping all trade in and out of the USA. We can extend an olive branch to senators, governors, and congress that
Canada is a sovern nation willing to enter negotiations on trade but not by means of threat.

Feb 26, 2025Alberta UCP party is broken amidst AHS contract inconsistencies. Insider quit the caucus. Tomorrow,
Ontario learns who will be in the premiers office. Doug Ford is sure he will have a marked majority. On the International stage,
Trump side with Russia, tells Europe to not expect US involvement in affairs in Europe. While looking to get Canada's precious minerals,
he is also in talks with Russia to get mineral concessions in exchange for helping to lift sanctions placed on Russia and also
dealing with Ukarane looking to obtain it's mineral resources as payment for support given during Russian invasion. At home, Alberta
is in preparation to host the G7 in kanaskas in june. It should be the G6 not G7 as the USA is NOT abidding by the spirit of the
membership. Russia was isolated and had sanctions against it put in place with Russia removed for it's attack on Ukarane. The USA
should also be sanctioned for threats against Canada, Greenland, Mexico, Panama, Gaza, UK and EU. Putin of Russia has a
International warrant out for his arrest for invading Ukarane and war crimes.

Feb 21, 2025 a CBC W5 report on secret encripted phones by 3 agencies in Canada allow criminal cartels to opperate in Canada.
Because our charter of rights protects criminals from prosecution the RCMP is helpless to react so all it can do is inform the USA,
Australia, the UK and EU especially France to handle prosecution. It is appauling that in Canada criminals have more rights
than it's people. This has to change immediately.
Provincial PC leaders still trying to convince governors to enhance relationships when the President just is concerned
with breaking all relationships. They need to stay home and deal with real problems on what we can do.

Feb 20, 2025 Canada - US hockey game host a change to the Canadian anthem from saying "In all that we command" to "In
only we command" as Canada wins 3-2. Signage outside Bowden Alberta states we should accept becoming the 51st state. It is sponcered
by America influenced ad source. Canada is now showing signs of the USA is our enemy not our friend. New world order immerfing amidst
Trumps changes.

Feb 18, 2025 Trump now takes steps to align with Russia. He has made statements that suggest the Ukarane is at fault for not
caving in to Russia's invasion of the country, wanting to lift sanctions against Russia, and talks with Isreal about taking possesion
of Gaza to develop as a resort. This speaks loudly that the USA no longer intends to follow international law or treaties nor
respect sovernty of countries. In essense, The USA feels it is with-in their rights to Take Gaza and do ethnic cleansing of the
Palistinian People whom own the country as Isreal has been trying to do. The USA also feels Russia had the right to invade Ukarane
and any other country it sets it's eyes on. Dictator Trump is clearly reshaping the USA into a communist dictatorship which can not
be trusted any more. It has told Europe and Canada to not count on any military support from the USA and be ready to do all defending
of it's borders itself. To this author it is clear that the USA should be expelled from the G7, NATO, and UN for non compliance
with agreements of these organisations. The UN should be relocated out of the USA and if sanctions are tried to be lifted against
Russia, the sanctions should be placed upon the USA immediately. Trump is NOT above the International Law. On this last point he
has already taken steps to cripple the laws in the USA so that he has full control with-out penalty and moved to try and cripple
the International court system.

In Canada, the Prime Minister was set to deliver it’s budget outlining huge spending to support it’s Net Zero by 2050
agenda. The finance minister refused to deliver this budget and resigned. The opposition parties started calling for an
election on the grounds of non-confidence. PM Trudeau prorogued parliament and is stepping down which launched a leadership
change. The opposition parties positioned themselves to vote non-confidence as soon as parliament resumes to force an
election. In the states, the president is changing to Donald Trump whom made numerous comments that he plans to impose
high tariffs on Canada as soon as he takes office.

Trudeau traveled to see Trump and plead Canada’s case which seamed to go well except for Trumps remark calling Trudeau
the great governor of the vast 51st state. Trudeau
returned to call upon all premiers to unite and be ready to act as one voice. All but Danielle Smith from Alberta
came on board. She decided she would make a trip to visit trump and make a special deal just for her. Trump
humored her and made her think she was special so she made a second trip with Kevin O’leary to offer
an AI data center in northern Alberta (on reservation land). Trump took office January 20th and
immediately signed executive orders to place tariffs on Canada starting February 1st of 25%
against all Canadian products coming into the USA and cautioned Canada not to retaliate or bigger Tariffs will come.

Premiers unite with Canada first plan and begin working on retaliation plans. Danielle Smith supports
retaliation as long as her oil and gas are excluded. Trump claims he does not need Canada’s Lumber (34% to
meet demand in USA), Automobiles (100% of autos in Canada and USA use parts from each country), Oil and gas
(49% to meet USA demand), Electricity (100% supply for 7 states), Aluminum, steel, copper, nickel, lithium,
uranium, potash (100% needed due to USA having none), Fresh water (45% to meet west coast demand). February 1st
deadline is moved to February 4th because Canada threatened retaliation and Trump wants more
secure border. February 4th Canada gets 30 day reprieve because it stepped up border security
and tariff of 10% on energy if we haven’t made better deal on trade and commerce with-in 30 days.

Trump is known as a hard-line businessman that demands respect like most schoolyard bullies. His motto
is “I get what I want when I want it or I’ll punish you”. Like the Borg from Star Trek “Resistance is futile
you will be assimilated”. After his first term as president he was defeated but refused to accept the results.
He took confidential top secret documents, organized a riot on the capital and enlisted help from the worlds
richest people to fight off prosecution attempts. He even managed to get around the constitution which says a
president can run two consecutive terms of 4 years. He was voted out when he tried to win a second term. Now
he managed to win a second non-consecutive term and has taken steps to restructure the USA so he can never
be prosecuted again, can’t be held accountable, and possibly not be removed from office (dictator). In just 15
days he has pardoned all convicted rioters on the capital, fired or replaced all workers that took part in his
trial for wrong doings, and attacked other countries with tariff threats and other measures unless he gets
all that he wants. But, and there is always a but, he never really says what he wants. He is placing tariffs
under a health emergency act without involving congress claiming it is to take action against fentynol
coming into the USA but Panama take-over, trying to acquire Greenland, and trade with EU, and UK,
and NATO have nothing to do with such.

Wake Up, I mean really Wake Up

Trump is an egotistical rich spoiled brat. He intends to annex Canada. He see’s us as ripe for the picking,
with the PM Trudeau not budging to give him what he desires. He see’s the PC party and NDP party looking to
force him to resign. The Finance Minister abruptly quitting was the pre-cursor that drew his attention to us.
With our parliament peroged and facing a leadership election followed by a general election he feels we have
nobody minding the store. As a rich businessman bully used to getting his own way he see’s us as 5000 km wide
land full of trees, fresh water, copper, potash, coal, oil and gas, aluminum, nickel, steel, electricity,
lithium, and both developed agriculture and farming. In his last term he tried hard to get all our resources
just listed for free. He finally settled on getting oil and gas at less than market rates and being given priority
access. Now seeing how we are sitting with no running government we are vulnerable. So he places his stiff
tariff's and tells us to not respond with tariff’s or he will be hurting us more.

It has been suggested by the PC party that parliament should be called back so an election can be called.
Only an idiot would do this at this time. The PC and NDP would force an election with the Liberal party
without a leader. It would be great for the PC party because they would surely win a majority and the Liberal
party would be wiped out. It would also guarantee Trump could cripple Canada and take it over without firing
a shot. If an election is called before the Premiers and acting PM deal with Trump, Trump wins!

Danielle Smith of the Alberta UCP (formerly the PC party) sold Canada out! I wonder just what she thought
she was doing trying to cut a deal for HERSELF not Alberta or Canada with an egotist bully that would never
respect a woman. He met with Trudeau and called him governor of the great 51st state of Canada.
Trump is a criminal that used financial influence to avoid serving time, become the president and execute 100’s
of executive orders to protect himself from any repercussions.

Trump saw Danielle Smith for just who she was. He is using tariff’s to make the US people pay for products
bought from Canada just like Danielle Smith makes us in Alberta pay carbon taxes to heat our homes and power our
homes. We have a Geo-thermal plant that could supply all our electric needs 24 times over but she loves
polluting so much that she uses natural gas to generate electricity and instead of recommending
people install tank-less instant hot water on electric and electric heat pumps she recommends staying
with natural gas and paying the carbon tax in the price. All Trump needed to do was dangle a carrot. Kevin
O’Leary went with her on the next visit to pitch an AI database to Trump in Alberta (on reservation land).
O’Leary is a financial opportunist in the same round as Trump. She didn’t stand a chance.

So here we stand broken heart-ed paid a dime and only farted. Did I just catch a smile??

What can we do:

1. Shops and services need to identify USA merchandise and let customers know products that will be discontinued .

2. Remove all US flags from being displayed.

3. Ban all Tesla vehicles , dealerships in Canada (hit Elon Musk where it hurts)

4. Take no vacations in the states until Trump is no more.

5. Buy Canadian or Mexican products as much as possible.

6. Build the pipeline to the East and make arrangements with provinces for some kind of royalty for right of passage. ( Quebec will likely not mind making money to send our crude to other markets).

7. End the provincial borders.

8. Make bilateral shipping arrangements with Mexico and China and UK to source without the USA.

9. Ontario or Quebec opened a lithium battery plant and Quebec has a motor plant that makes EV motors. So if we can make vehicle conversion shops and we can get these two businesses to go along we can convert 26.6 vehicles to solar electric to meet our carbon targets. I have the designs for this. The Carbon levy and timeline to go net zero by 2050 did not address what to do with 26.6 vehicles being replaced on the backs of consumers.

10. If Automotive makers like Ford, GM, Chrysler can’t survive with tariff’s they may have to either relocate to USA or sever ties with USA plants.

11. If Trump threatens more harmful actions just shut off power on rolling blackouts to the states from Dakota to Maine. We do have leverage. How long can New York or Michigan survive if power keeps popping on and off all day and night. Trump has torn up the agreements by imposing tariff’s. I see it as 10% tariff so they get 10% power per day.

12. Stop using Netflix, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zoom, SnapChat, or OpenAI

These are USA and foreign owned media

13. don’t shop at Costco, Napa USA based businesses with USA products

14. don’t dine at KFC, Pizza Hut, Boston Pizza, wendy’s, burger king, Arby’s, Denny’s, Subway, A&W, DairyQueen, and McDonalds USA based businesses with USA products

15 boycott Ford, GM, Ram, Tesla dealerships USA based businesses with USA products

16 boycott Home Depot, Soby’s, Safeways, Save-on-foods, Walmart, Amazon USA based businesses with USA products (Amazon sources USA and China products and ships from USA to Canada and already tried to hurt Canada by closing warehouses in Quebec)

17 don’t buy GE, Westinghouse, Maytag, Whirlpool, Bosch, Kitchenaid USA based businesses with USA products

I question pulling liquor stock already in distributor inventory, that is hurting Canadians directly. It is enough to stop all further purchases from the states. In this way, stock can be sold off.

My thoughts on this crisis...
